Been with family discussing how I feel about how the economy is crap, and we need to get ready. My wife is slow to think the way I do, but is young at the same time. We were at my cuz's house, who is a doctor. And even she agreed that you never know what can happen and that it wasn't looking good. She was telling my wife how the government covers up so much crap, and how they can get away with anything anymore. Well, the more I drank the more I got frustrated. Not with my wife, but with how the country which is so beautiful and full of chance, and is being corrupted so much from what we call a government. I also seen something tonight that was talking about how Obama is wanting ammunition raise by AT LEAST 50% as soon as possible. Until he can take it out as well as guns. That's just a bunch of crap, and nobody is going to take mine. It's already bad on the black market. Imagine how bad it would be once you can't purchase one. You wouldn't have anything to defend yourself from punks that did get it the wrong way. Well I'm just pissed and drunk venting! So I'll have more later.

Coal Miner
Coal Minerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09920451336762107459noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4812533979113565022.post-21501154566457493282009-02-05T19:52:00.000-08:002009-02-05T20:42:11.135-08:00God gave you this land, Government tries to take it!
Here's something to ponder on. I sat today and listen to my father and his pastor talk for a while. The strange thing is, they were talking about the same things that Kentucky preppers, West Virginia preppers, Bullseye, and many others blog about everyday. The things they were talking about was how the government and economy is doing so bad. And how it's not just our economy doing bad, but the whole world is starting to do bad. Listen, when we had depressions before, it was Big country hit a little, and smaller ones hit harder. But now it's big countries and all that are being hit hard. Well, my point is, that even the bible speaks of this time coming people. It's a time when a NWO (new world order) will be created. Where the whole world looks to one man for its answers. It's going to be a time when all men's money and credit cards are worth nothing anymore. Think about it, our country, NO our government is easing people in to believing more and more each day. When my dad was a kid, they had never seen guys walking down school halls holding hands. Or famous people coming out saying its okay to be gay and married. But television is telling kids now that it is. I'm not trying to hurt any one's feelings reading this, but that's just a bunch of crap. I wasn't raised that way and neither should kids be toady. But it's television that your letting your kids watch that says this. All so you don't have to hear them. People don't realize just how much power, "we the people" have. The government knew they couldn't do anything about gays. So they slowly eased it in so that it looks like they where the ones that aloud it to happen. Well all I have to say is there is a bunch more people out there that don't think like that, and we need to stand up and say enough is enough. Not just this topic, but many others. This government is going down, and everyone is going to look to someone to step up. A new world order is what they're going to want. Free trade everywhere, no more cash. Everything to be put on a card. There actually trying to get parents to put a chip in their kids skin so that it would be easier to read medical records and everything else. When it's truely just going to be another way to label and know where your at. That's just another mark of the beast in my eyes. We need to go back and start all over people. Live for ourselves in a country where we can be true Americans again. This government can only control the way we live, if we rely on them. My ancestors didn't rely on them, and I'm not going to either. Raise your own food instead of going to grocery stores. Buy your guns now before they take them, so you can kill your own meat. Find ways to live off of what God gave us, not the government. God has given us plenty on this earth to survive. All the government has done is try to whord it up and sell what God has already given us for free. I'm not trying to preach. I'm just speaking truth. We've come to rely on so many unnecessary things now days. I'll admit I've fallen to these things as well. But not anymore! I will work my way to depend on them less, and myself more. This government is not going to get the best of me, and make me fallow the devil to its pits of hell. But I'm going to live off Gods earth that he has already given me, and my own hands for the labor. That's right! People have it to easy now, and are afraid to get there hands dirty. That's just sad! This country would be a lot better off if we could just live under the "Declaration of Independents" in its true form. For the people that wrote, signed, and agreed on it was true wholehearted Americans at there best. Now, our government finds itself falling further away from its roots more and more. Do yourselves a favor, and DO NOT rely on this government to always dig you out of a whole. For they are the same people, that will leave you in the worse times for yourself.

All for now! Thanks for letting me vent!

Simple Coal Miner
Coal Minerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09920451336762107459noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4812533979113565022.post-73191786113583816012009-02-03T18:00:00.000-08:002009-02-03T18:26:27.040-08:00Be an Isaac for your family!
Talk of bad weather on the radio today. Saying that we should see the biggest snow of the year. Expecting 8-12 inches in southern WV. Today I went and stocked up at the grocery store, in case we wouldn't be able to get out. Picked up some salt for the porches and sidewalks so my wife wouldn't be slipping. Put a cover over my heat pump so that it wouldn't freeze up. But just in case I have wood for the fireplace. So either way we won't be getting cold.

"Recession starts taking toll: will it lead to another crash?"

"Worries are building that today;s sagging economy may be on the brink of collapse."

It may surprise you, however, to learn that the two quotes above were from November of 1974 and December of 1982. Isn't this wild. Here most people rely on how the government is doing, yet it makes the same mistake again. It doesn't surprise me, but it will most.

It says in the Bible that a man named Isaac grew one of the greatest gardens and during a drought. When everyone else didn't think it was possible. Everyone had came to him when his garden grew. For everyone else didn't prepare. He became so prosperous that even the king of Gerar asked him to leave because he was more prosperous than the whole nation.

I am saying its time to prepare your garden. Our government has messed up before. We can't not depend on the economy, but be prepared for all things. Start putting back and saving what you can. Anything from food to extra blankets, or ways of purifying water to saving up ammo. You cannot do enough. Our economy is not always going to be able to take care of things. Well, truly they never have. I say be like Isaac! When everyone else says the economy will be okay, and there is no need to prepare for anything. I will be prepared. I will be ready for the worst of times. While everyone else flocks to Wal-Marts and Grocery stores not being able to get anything because there sold out. I will have had everything I need for me and my family to live and fend for ourselves.

We aren't limited by this world's economy! Let those who trust in money panic. For in God we trust!

All for now, I'll post soon.
Coal Minerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09920451336762107459noreply@blogger.com3tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4812533979113565022.post-15561827738163050422009-01-30T21:51:00.000-08:002009-01-30T22:40:21.060-08:00Our Economy Going Down
I have now found out that the mines I was lay'ed off at, has now decided to go idle for a month. Meaning that another 500 employees or so are out of a job. Not only has this been my mines with the problems, but other large mining corporations has shut down 3 more mines and a prep plant in a neighboring county. This for sure, is one more way to show that our economy is about to crash. Unemployment for America has hit another high this month, with more to come. It is my opinion, that we should for sure start planning for the worst. I can see now that it can even come back to where we are fending for ourselves and our families by any means. I already take some precautions, but could take many more. It is sad that with so many countries buying into themselves, we "The LARGEST" country, is supporting everyone else. Instead of ourselves. All because we are afraid to offend people. It's going to come a time when we have to take a stand for ourselves, and I can't wait. I feel we have lost what America truly stands for! We say it's a free country, but yet our children can't pray in school because someone might be offended. Well, I say this is our country if you don't like it, leave. America is based on freedom and religion. So how come we can't practice ours? My thoughts are; if you want to come to our country; learn our language, learn our beliefs, and live our ways. This is OUR country!!! Yes, it is a free country! Feel free to come and live our ways, or feel free to leave! So now I feel that if our government wants us to take our taxes and stimulus checks and buy other countries supplies, I will do one better for them. I will plant a bigger garden, can more fruit, and buy supplies to be ready for when this government hits depression. My family will not have to go without, because I will be ready to live off the grid. As my friend the scavenger would say. That's all I can say for now, but I will have much more later. Along with ways to be prepared.
Coal Minerhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/09920451336762107459noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4812533979113565022.post-11400671231688584782009-01-27T21:33:00.000-08:002009-01-27T21:37:43.957-08:00Hello all!
